There is also an unbelievable upper sundeck, a palapa-covered wet bar with a panoramic view of the entire bay.

Located just a few minutes South of town, overlooking the beautiful Conchas Chinas Beach and Banderas Bay, this villa is the perfect setting for groups - business retreats, workshops, family reunions, small weddings and all types of celebrations.

The beautiful 2 master suites encompass an entire floor with their own separate outdoor Jacuzzi and private 100 foot terrace. The villa has a total of 14 bedrooms. 9 of the rooms have king beds, 2 have twins, 1 has a full bed, 1 has a queen bed and the last has bunkbeds. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

La Villita comes with a full staff including cook, houseman and housekeeping. The cook will prepare 2 meals a day (food, beverages and gratuities are extra).
