ATA Mexico works with maya embroiderers and weavers in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. We are currently working with artisan groups in: San Andres Larrainzar, Chenalhó, Pantelhó, Mitontik, Zinacantán, San Juan Cancuc, Tenejapa, Sitalá and Aldama. Our methodology focuses on increasing access to markets, promoting business skills and innovating the product development process.
