A lovely 4 bedroom apartment, beach front. The view is simply the sea on your doorstep. The King of Morocco has his summer residence 2 kilometres up the beach, this provides a flavour of exclusivity. just 5 minutes from the bustling town of M'Diq and a mere 20 minutes from the main city Tetouan complete with old town and ancient medina. You can enjoy absolute peace and quite or bustle of town life.

The apartment has a large 30sqm terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. You have use of a fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV and WIFI.

The master bedroom is ensuite and overlooks the sea. The second and third bedrooms has a separate bathroom to share. Bedroom 4 has ensuite facilities. The apartment has been furnished throughout with a Moroccan feel. There is an extremely large living area separated between lounge and dining. The lounge leads onto the large terrace via patio doors stretching across the entire wall. The terrace is east facing which provides a magnificent sun rise directly in front of your eyes. There are two large communal pools (one at each end of the development) within lovely gardens.

The climate is the Northern Africa version of Southern Spain but perhaps a little warmer, this is a great attraction. Golf courses are being built along with five star hotels, or you can play golf at Cabo Negro or other courses around Tangier. The area is surrounded by the Riff mountains so providing an eco climate similar to that of Southern Spain. Places to visit are Tangier, Findeq, M'Diq, Tetouan, Ceuta (Spanish enclave) and Chefchaouen in the Riff mountains.

There is a motorway from Tangier airport to Tangier Med Port. Then a short hop to Tamuda Bay and a lovely drive down the coast road to Sania Plage. It is very easy to hire a car at either the airport of port, all over the internet.

The area of Tamuda Bay starts at Findeq all the way down to the tip of Cabo Negro lighthouse. Apart from Marina's along the way it is a continual beach. It offers water sports, scuba diving, eateries ranging from fresh sardines at M'Diq port side to five star dining, horse riding, a local golf course at Cabo Negro, fascinating local towns with local produce or a modern supermarket near by.

The two local hotels near Sania Plage are Marina Smir Thalasso & Spar and Hotel Kabila. Enjoy an evening drink in five star surroundings. The Spar at Marina Smir will keep you pampered as long as you want.

People watch outside one of the many coffee houses, visit the old median in Tetouan, drive along the picturesque coast road.The area is spotlessly clean and safe, European visitors are welcomed as more and more of us discover this gem of an area.
