In this beautifully designed and luxurious house on the remote and stunning coast of Morocco, we will take you along a journey of mindfulness and body nurture accompanied by delicious and healthy nutritious food.

You will Spend a week of yoga, meditation, cardio based classes, massages and acupuncture. You will also be given the opportunity to disconnect from technology, enabling you to practice one of the fundamental notions of mindfulness which is ''Living in the present''.
