Umenoya supplies around 150 tons of rich spring water each day and even has its own fountainheads.
The water quality of the open-air bath is like a natural beauty lotion, it can only be used once.
Every dish is completely made from chemical-free and organic vegetables,fresh fish and the local beef. We only pick the best from each season.
From the middle of October, you can taste hugu, a local delicacy of Yamaguchi.
On foot, it is only a 10 minute walk from the JR Yuda-onsen station.
