~ Before the treatment ~

● We use special glue and attach artificial lashes to your real lashes, 2 millimeters away from your skin surface.
● Those of you, whose eyelashes are damaged, extremely low amount of eyelashes, or short eyelashes may not be able to get the treatment. Also, we may have to refuse the treatment depending on our staff's judgment, or we may adjust the number of lashes, thickness, or length after consulting with you.
● We may ask you to remove your makeup, in case of the sustainability of the extension is weakened by the oil in cosmetics.
● If you install the eyelash extension during the cycle of your natural eyelash epilation, the extension may come off in short period of time. For that reason, we will remove the eyelash in the epilation cycle before the treatment.
● It is rare but you may feel itchy when the artificial things get close to your skin. Those who are highly sensitive to cosmetics, have allergy, or have sensitive skin, please tell us in advance.
● When your eyelashes are dull and unhealthy, there is a possibility that your eyelash tips bent and shorten after the treatment, due to the weight of artificial eyelashes.
● The eyelash extension will be gradually lost due to the cycle of your eyelash growth. Though, by the method of attachment or your lifestyle, it may come off in clusters.

● By attaching the eyelash extension, you may have difficulty to wear contact lenses. Please be advised that the fewer numbers and shorter length bring less distraction when you wear contact lenses. After attaching the eyelash extension, please stop using contact lenses for 6 hours in general, until the glue is completely dry.

During the treatment ~

● Depending on the style of treatment, it may take longer than expected, so please take a comfortable position.
● During the treatment, please do not open your eyes for anything. Please keep your eyes closed until the person in charge says "You can open your eyes."
● During the treatment, please be sure you do not move since we use a tweezers near by your eyes. When you want to change your posture, please let us know by raising your hand.
※ Please do not sleep during the treatment.
● We use special glue. We use the type with excellent safety, but if you felt uncomfortable to your eyes during treatment, please tell the person in charge immediately without hesitating. Please understand that we may stop the treatment in some situations.
