Setouchi Triennale / Art Setouchi 3.95

The Setouchi Triennale is the contemporary art festival in which you can experience the culture and lifestyles of the islands of the Seto Inland Sea in Japan.

The inaugural triennale was held in 2010, and this entirely new style of art festival received a huge response from hundreds of thousands of visitors who traveled by boat to experience the seamless blend of artwork, nature, and culture on the islands of the gorgeous inland sea.

This festival will be held every three years.

In order to attract even more guests and further get the word out about this beautiful area and its art, we are holding many art-related events, in addition to the Setouchi Triennale, throughout the year.

All of these events are collectively called the Art Setouchi.
