Ｍansikka's VILLA 概要

ほとんど使ってない別荘を有効活用で空いてる時に短期でお泊り頂けるようにしました。
ホテルやゲストハウス代わりに自由にお止まり下さい。
家具や食器、炊飯ジャー、電子レンジ、トースター、ＴＶ、ＩＨクッキングヒーター、エアコン、ウォシュレットトイレ、風呂、完備
で、すぐ隣にスーパーやドラッグストアーがありますので自炊でき、具合の悪い時に薬も売っています。
また周りには琵琶湖がすぐ近くにあり、その沿岸は緑溢れる公園になっておりランニングや散歩に適した綺麗な環境です。
周遊船も運航しておりご乗船できます。
大津プリンスホテルに隣接していますので、レストランやバー等も歩いていけます。
大津市街地にも近いので、様々なレストラン、パルコや西部ショッピングセンター、映画館、24時間営業のスーパー、等々
大変便利です。
京都駅から４駅の膳所駅、または京阪膳所駅まで歩いて約10分です。
膳所駅から大阪駅まで約50分　京都駅まで約11分です。
電車で来られた方、駅までのお出迎えお送り致します！
布団が４組までありますので、その用途に応じてご家族でもカップルでも、お一人でもご利用下さい。
喫煙は可ですが、できればベランダや換気扇の下で吸う等、完全自己責任の下でのご管理、ご配慮願います。
個人所有でお貸ししますので、ご信用のおける方のみのご使用となります。（パスポート等身分証お持ちの方または私の友達）
最後に、日本一の湖を持つ滋賀のローカルでカントリーサイドの雰囲気、豊富な歴史的建造物をお楽しみください！

Summary of Nansikka's VILLA　

★The neighbor can cook his/her own meals immediately because there are a supermarket
and a drugstore and sells the medicine when it is bad and,
with furniture and tableware, Rice cooker, a microwave oven, a toaster,
TV, an IH cooking heater, an air-conditioner, Washlet restroom, a bath, perfection, can spend it comfortably.
★In addition, about the outskirts of the villa,
Lake Biwa is near immediately and is the beautiful environment that the coast becomes the park full of the green, and was suitable for running and a walk.
It operates the cruise ship and can go on board.
★Because it is next to Otsu Prince Hotel, a restaurant and the bars can walk.
★Because the Otsu city area is near, various restaurants, Parco and the western part of the shopping center which is famous in Japan, a movie theater, an open for 24 hours supermarket are convenient at all.
★The station which is the nearest from a villa is Zeze Station or Keihan-Zeze Station and is approximately 10 minutes on foot.
★Zeze Station is only 4 Station from Kyoto Station.
It is approximately 11 minutes to Kyoto Station from Zeze Station to Osaka Station for approximately 50 minutes.
★I drive the person who came by a train from the station to the villa！
★Because there is futon to ４ sets, please use even a couple in the families depending on the use alone.
★The smoking is possible, but I breathe it under a porch and a ventilation fan if you can do it, and, please consider the management under the complete self-responsibility.
★Because I lend it by personal possession, it becomes the use only for reliable people. (person having the identifications of such as passports social position,or my friend,or friend of the friend,)

★Finally my English has the inconvenient part, but, please enjoy the atmosphere of the country side, a rich landmark architecture in country of Shiga having the best lake in Japan!
