"I Am One." is an awareness page where mixed race people share their experiences. This project started off due to the misconceptions that the Japanese society holds for Haafus (multi-cultured people that are part Japanese). It is now the most commonly used an preferred term even though it is far from defining us. We hope that through the photos and stories, we can inspire you and reach out to you.
