Hotel Flex is located on the riverbank where the Kyobashi river and the Enko river
diverge. Facing the rich greenery of its surroundings, it is a certainly a city type
designer's hotel, being positioned so as to afford the guest easy access to downtown
Hiroshima. Hotel Flex is only a seven-minute walk from JR Hiroshima station,
making the hotel one of the most convenient as a base for both sightseeing and
business. We offer guestrooms from a compact single room, a maisonette, and also
a personalized room with a terrace. We also have a living-room like open cafe and
banquette rooms, all arranged in our ten-story premises . We are always there for our
guests to make their stay in Hiroshima as comfortable and safe as possible.


Credit cards are not acceptable for purchases from outside Japan.

★Hotel FLEX: Lodging Contracts★
With regard to the lodging contracts made between 'Hotel FLEX' and it's guests or any campany any individual, it shall be assumed that Japanese law is to be considered the over-riding law in the case of each contract, and the competent court of jurisdiction shall be the district court, which in turn has jurisdiction over 'Hotel FLEX'.
Feel free to refer to the 'Hotel FLEX' website for details concerning the terms and conditions of the lodging contracts offered by 'Hotel FLEX'.

First of all, it is our rule that we do not engage in any contract with a party who contacts us only through the Internet. The following are the minimum conditions under which we would discuss a possible business contract, before initiating any business talks.

1. The party shall have either its headquarters or branch office in Japan.
2. The contract shall be made both in Japanese and English languages.
3. The party shall have some staff who have a good command of Japanese, and guarantee to continue to employ one in case the staff member leaves the position in one way or another.
4. Any monetary settlement shall be made in Japanese yen.
5. Payment by the party shall be made in advance, and any sales commissions involved in our transactions, if any, shall be paid by the party.
6. With regard to the lodging contracts between Hotel FLEX and their clients, it shall be assumed that Japanese law is to be considered overriding, and any disputes between us shall be entrusted to the local district court where Hotel FLEX is located, and which has jurisdiction over the region.
7. No sales commissions of any kind shall be paid to travel agents.
8. Any reservations for Hotel FLEX made through the Internet or other means by Agoda, Rakuten, Jalan, etc. shall not be paid sales ommissions.
