エモン・フォトギャラリーは写真芸術を専門に扱うギャラリーとして、2005年、世界の大使館が集まる国際的な街、東京・広尾に産声を上げました。

写真は時代や文化を切り取るだけでなく、非言語でありながらその性質を備えたユニークな表現メディアと言えるでしょう。アーティストの想像力を膨らませる写真。表現の限界を取り払い、未知なる可能性を持って進化し続ける写真芸術。時代と並走する写真・映像の可能性に私たちは注目し続けています。

エモンではドキュメンタリーからコンテンポラリーに至るまで幅広いアーティストの活動に着目し、概念に捉われないボーダーレスな作家にスポットを当て、皆様にご紹介して参ります。

EMON PHOTO GALLERY is an art gallery specializing in contemporary photography art showcasing exciting, up-and coming artists as well as prominent artists with a unique originality unbound by the so-called 'rules'.

As a gallery specializing in photo art, EMON PHOTO GALLERY is located in Hiro-o, Tokyo, a central, cosmopolitan district and home to various embassies from around the world.

Over and above the ability to capture a slice of time and culture, the beauty of photography is in its wordless expression, telling a thousand, using none. We pledge to keep an aggressive eye on the limitless possibilities the future holds for photography; photography that fills and expands the artist's imagination, and photo art that expands and removes boundaries of expression as it evolves through these unknown possibilities.

Ranging from documentary to contemporary photo art, at EMON we delve into the activities of border-less artists who think and create outside of general concepts, and we seek to showcase their creations to all.

アクセス：
日比谷線広尾駅3番出口より徒歩3分。CITI Bankの路地を入って突き当たりを左折、Y路地を左に50m進んだTogoビルの地下1階。

Access:

3 minute walk from Hibiya-line, Hiro-o station's No.3 exit.

Turn left out of the No.3 exit, and turn left again into the short alley just before CITIBANK. turn left again at the end of the alley, go straight for 50m along the left hand side of the Y-shaped alley. You will see EMON Gallery on your right downstairs on the B1 floor of the Togo Building.
