CRISP offers a focused menu of salads, grains, and lemonades made from fresh, high-quality raw ingredients, prepared using classic cooking methods on-site.

At CRISP, you can order your salad from over 30 carefully selected toppings (including fresh and grilled vegetables, beans, nuts, home made croutons as well as warm grains, home made ham and grilled chicken) and 3 kinds of bases (romaine lettuce, spinach, and wild rice), and 8 selections of house made dressings. After you pick your favorite toppings, our salad artisans chop your salad so all the flavors of ingredients mix together in harmony and create your original dish, not just eating bunch of vegetable with dressing.


クリスプ・サラダワークスは、おいしくてお腹いっぱいになれる丁寧に手作りしたサラダをカジュアルにお楽しみいただけるレストランです
クリスプのサラダは、スタッフがお客様と会話をしながら、30種類以上あるトッピングからお客様のお好みのサラダを組み立てていきます。お好みのベース（ロメインレタス・ほうれん草・ワイルドライス）を決めたら、トッピング（生野菜や数種類のチーズはもちろん、自家製クルトンやナッツ・豆類、温かいグリルドチキンやワイルドライスも）を選び、最後にスタッフがメッザルーナ（Mezzaluna）と呼ばれる半月状の特殊なナイフでお客様のお好みの大きさにサラダをチョップし、食材を繋ぐためのドレッシングと軽く和えて提供します。チョップすることでひと口に全ての食材の味が混ざり合い、単純に「野菜を食べる」という感覚ではなく、サラダをひとつの完成した料理としてお楽しみいただけるのが特長です。
