Cedros is an American-style seafood restaurant. Our dishes are inspired by traditional West Coast fish house cuisine. We use only the best ingredients available, sourcing fresh, local, and seasonal fish and produce daily from local markets. We update our menu every season to adapt to what’s available on the marketplace and to serve ingredients at their best, when they are naturally in season.

Cedros is dedicated to providing our customers with outstanding service and amazing culinary delights in a warm and relaxing environment.

店の名前の由来は僕たち兄弟が育ったカリフォルニア州、ソラナビーチにあるストリート名です。シドロスは南カリフォルニアの海岸線沿いにありオシャレなカフェ、アンティークショップ、ライブハウス等が並ぶ小さなビーチタウン。そこの雰囲気とアメリカ東海岸にあるシーフードレストランを基調とした飲食店。新鮮な魚介料理と美味しいニューワールドワインが楽しめるお店です。
