・車椅子の方なども過ごしやすいよう、段差等のお手伝いさせていただきます。お気軽にスタッフまでお声かけください。

割れ物などを子供の手の届く場所に置かないよう工夫しています。

∞What we have in The Cafe Taiyou Space∞

A dining / event space where everybody can gather around with smile and no worries

・The natural taste of safe ingredients

・Vegetables grown without any chemical fertilizers and pesticides from local farms

・No, MSG, no chemical seasoning, no artificial sweetener

・No GMO's(Genetically Modified Organisms)

・Meat(chicken, pork, beef) produced with environmental consideration (Free range, no hormones, no antibiotics, farm raised, kosher, halal)

・We also use, as much as possible , food whose radiation level has been checked and deemed safe

・We can serve food customized for individual requests/concerns. For example: 7 major allergies, Vegan practice , particular chemical sensitivity, and religious principles(e.g.Halal).

A space for you to hang out, relax, create, and make cultural scenes


・A space where you can be barefoot

・Vintage dinner-style counter seating and an Ozashiki space(low tables, and floor seating with cushions)

・Eclectic music

・Our relationship as members of "Earth Family", which is beyond that between a customer and a restaurant owner/staff(doesn't flow here...move this or rephrase)

・Use for multiple purposes (deskwork, meeting, chatting, reading, consultation, party, relaxing, gallery showings, events, bazaars, markets, film screenings etc.)


We arrange this space in the way the elderly, the disabled, and kids can equally comfortably enjoy their time here


・Please feel free to ask for help to get inside with a wheelchair.

・We arrange a space where mothers can bring babies, toddlers, kids and relax.

・Kids can move around freely.
　(We put breakables away from children's reach.)

・You can change diapers inside the restaurant.

・Kid's picture books are always available for reading.

・We have an English menu and staff who can speak in English.


Sending out Messages and Ideas for New Age


・All of our staff are deliberately conscious of life,Society, and earth seriously and live on their own life-theme consistent in their ecological philosophy.

・We offer a selection of healthy/ecologically responsible products from non-artificial seasonings, non-chemical fertilizer, biorhythm-friendly lunar calendar, i/shoku/ju(clothes/food/living)items.

・We organize and host study group meetings and talk events.

・We organize and host bodywork and workshops.

・We are developing Taiyou Human Connection "Product", through which we aquire and sell new products in collaboration with those artisans and our soul brothers and sisters.

・We vender at organic marche and various festivals.

・We also do catering for events and prepare bentos upon request.



A Space where you can connect with locals, travelers and foreigh nationals alike

・We collectively make this space a place where anybody can easily come and gather, anytime they want to.

・Intermingle with locals(redundant...suggest deletion)

・A meeting place, where elders living alone, single-mothers, and people from overseas get to know each other and help each other.

・Revitalization of town/area(out of place)

・We want to make our city, Kasugai, a model of a vibrant community in which people help each other and enjoy art(out of place but it goes with the revitalization part.)
