長野県松本市に移転新設された、周長333.33mの自転車競技場です。
標高1,000mに位置し日本国内にある自転車競技場ではで一番高いところにある「天空のバンク」です。
2015年7月2日に利用開始となった、日本で一番新しいバンクです。

This velodrome is located near side of lake misuzuko in Matsumoto-city, Nagano prefecture about 1,000m altitude, and track of 333.33m in circumference.
