Otoufuya-Rin is a traditional Japanese hand crafting tofu shop.
We opened ”Otoufuya-Rin" on commemoration day of tofu ,2 /oct/2012.
Our certified "GMO free" soya beans are souced from our home town Fukuoka pref. area
and our fine clear water is sourced from Minou mountain ranges.
We are only using 'Nigari' from deep-sea water as solidification materials.
By following traditional Japanese hand crafting techniques and using ingredents that it was selected carefully,we are able to produce you tofu which is superior in flavour and texture.
