退訂和更改行程：
入住前兩個月前取消，訂金可全額退，需支付退訂手續費NT500。
入住前一個月至兩個月取消訂房將收取訂金作為手續費。
入住前一個月內取消則收取訂房總額80%作為取消費用。
＊入住前一個月前更改行程將收取NT300手續費。
＊入住前一個月內更改行程將是為退訂。
＊跨行轉帳手續費另計NT$15，退至郵局帳戶則無需手續費。

Children between 7-12 years old are charged NTD 350 per night per person.

*Since we do not charge for cleaning fees, during your stay, there’s no towel change service and room service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!

Cancellation/ Rearrangement Policy

Reservations cancelled sixty (60) days or more prior to the date of arrival will get a full refund deposit and incur a NTD 500 cancellation charge.
Reservations cancelled thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the date of arrival, a deposit will be charged.
Reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 80% charge.

*NTD 300 additional fee will be charged if you want to rearrange your reservation.
*Inter-bank transfer fee NTD 15; No transfer fee for Postal transfer account.
