1. HR REQUIREMENTS:-
We will be complying with all the H.R Process. Some of them like:--

Joining Formalities:
a. Administrating Joining formalities.
c. Preparing and entering new hire paperwork.
d. Coordinating to get Employee ID Cards.
e. Handing over the New hire to the concerned Manager/HOD.

Statutory Compliance:
a. Handling PF and ESI formalities lilke:-
b. PF Challan and contribution submission
c. ESIChallan and contribution submission
d. Handing over the ECR’s of PF & ESI to HR Client and coordinating with other departments. .
e. Submitting other returns to the labour Department as per Shops and establishment Act.

Training And Development:
a. Conducting Induction Training for new hires.
b. Analysis based on Appraisal Feedback and suggestions.
c. Coordinating External and Internal Training Programs.

2. OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:-
Operational management is about how we manage day-to-day issues and comply with the legal requirements of employing people. It covers the thinking, structure and processes behind the people issues that determine an organization’s success.

W2S segregates skilled, semiskilled and unskilled category of manpower under the supervision of supervisor maintain proper level of bottom to top hierarchy.

3. FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS:-
W2S incorporates various measures to prevent the principle employer and vendor from inadequate process of funds by maintaining date to date :-
1. Attendance cycle :- 1st to 30th of every month
2. Billing cycle:- 2nd of every month
3. Payment cycle:- 5th of every month

The basic purpose is to ensure adequate and regular supply of capital to the organization, keeping the present and future requirements of business in mind.
