Vijayawada mandal is one of the 50 mandals in Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is under the administration of Vijayawada revenue division and has its headquarters at Vijayawada city. The mandal lies on the banks of Krishna River, bounded by Vijayawada mandal and Penamaluru mandals.
