Vidyaranyapura Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt at Bangalore officially started as on 15th Aug 2012. This is from Sri Mathaji Ulsoor Amma Raghevendra Swamy Seva Trust (R) efforts and a constant endeavor by Mathaji Ulsoor Amma for over 4 decades (40 yrs!!). The premises is granted by the Government of Karnatka, India, under the auspice of 'Civic Amenities sites meant for Religious Activities.' The land has been allocated on a long term lease basis and our Trust was chosen as a lucky winner amongst several prospects (including all types / sects of religious organizations) that applied for the land. The premises is in a peaceful and beautiful surroundings at Vidyaranyapura (near B.E.L Layout), Bangalore. A chala brindavana of Sri Guru Raghavendra Swamy was installed on 15th Aug 2012, which was received will great love and care by the devotees surrounding the B.E.L location as well as by great happiness by devotees / supporters of the Trust across India, Singapore, Canada and USA. The present structure is small and just the mark of a humble beginning of something wonderful to come within a year or two. Supporters of this organization are devotees of the Sri Raghavendra Swamy and are trying their best to realize Ulsoor Amma's dream of a spiritual and cultural center that makes everyone's life better and at peace with oneself. The Trust humbly requests for support of all and any kind possible by you to truly make Vidyaranyapura Mutt a highly living and integrated entity in our lives. Mathaji Ulsoor Amma and the Trust pray Sri Guru Raghavendra to help us all with the much required wherewithal and to support the noble cause meant for world peace across all religions and sects.
