Veeramachaneni Paddayya Siddhartha Public School 4.09

The twenty eight year long journey of successes, achievements, additions and expansions of V.P.S. Public School, sponsored by illustrious SIDDHARTHA ACADEMY OF GENERAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION" began its journey in a humble way on 29 August 1977 at 10:30 am, the school was inaugurated. It started its functioning in a thatched shed with 102 students and 8 teachers, having classes from L.K.G to 3

It was on 20th June 1982 at 10:00 am that the School Main building with impressive looks was inaugurated. In the same year the first batch of X appeared at the board examination. Slowly the block for nestling K.G kids, open air stage-Siddhartha Kala Vedika, the SAI hostel, the badminton indoor stadium, the mighty gymnasium, primary block, lunch hall etc were constructed. Later the laboratories and the two computer labs came into being. In order to give a technological boost to the teaching a multimedia lab was started. Now the school has an overhead projector, an LCD projector, cable network and a highly equipped gym.

These are some of the mile stones in the 28 year long success journey of the school. There are many many achievements which are unique and creditable.
