Turbomachinery Institute of Technology &Sciences (TITS) was established under the agies of Turbomachinery Educational Society, Hyderabad. The Society was found in the year 2007–2008 for promoting higher education in Engineering & Technology by Sri T.Subbarayadu M.B.A ., an Industrialist.

The society is supported by Turbomachinery Engineering Industries, Hyderabad having excellent presence and expertise in different Sectors like Engineering, Power, IT, Agriculture and Process Industries.(TITS) was started in the academic Year 2008–2009, affiliated to JNTU Hyderabad, approved by AICTE, New Delhi and Government of Andhra Pradesh.

It was started with 4 UG courses EEE, MECH, ECE & CSE with an intake of 240 students and enhanced with 360 students (additional intake of 60 students in EEE / MECH Engg and 60 students in PG program in MBA) in the year 2009 -2010. Further, the UG branches in EIE, ECM and PG courses in MCA was introduced in the year 2010 – 2011. TITS was started with the aim of imparting higher knowledge in science and Technology to the aspiring students, so that they can emerge as competent scientists, engineers and technologists of repute.

Pursuing the philosophy of continuous learning, the Institution prepares the students to score creditably in the Academic sessions and also encourages them to develop skills and attitudes, to approach life with confidence. The working environment is such, students as well as Faculty, are inspired and supported to attain high standards of Education skill sets and shine in their chosen path. Faculty, with their impressive Academic, Research and Industrial experience, lead the students to achieve “Knowledge with Experience”. This in turn enhances the core strength of students and enables them to realize all round development.
