TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Cancellations can be taken only upto 5 days before the due date
• Any cancellations thereafter shall render the deposit non-refundable.
• Any changes to cake design or size shall be accepted only upto 3 days prior to due date.
• Once the cake leaves our premises the risk and title is passed on to the customer and any damages during transit is not our responsibility
• If opted for delivery, please be at the venue on time for pick up else the delivery personal shall return and the order will have to be picked up from our workshop by paying the return charges as well
• Prior notification at least 24 hours in advance is required if there are any changes to delivery location and or pick up timings
• There may be slight variation of cake outcome from sample pictures (if provided), but we will work our best to provide the bring the perfect outcome
• All our products are eggless and we do not prepare any items with egg.
• Prior intimation is required in case of any allergies
