Thane Municipal Corporation 4.94

The Thane Municipal Corporation was established on 1st October, 1982. The Thane Municipal Corporation has undertaken many developmental projects and schemes since 1982 for a balanced development of the city. Taking in view the all round infrastructural development which has recently taken place in Thane , the Government of India conferred the prestigious ‘Clean City Award’ to Thane in the year 2000.
