In 1994, Late Shri Somappa Kotian (20.06.1948 - 18.02.2009) started conducting Ayyappa Pooja and, gradually, gathered Ayyappa devotees to celebrate the occasion as Mahapooja in Bhayander (west). After him, his son, Mr. Sachin S. Kotian has continued the practice by formally registering the group as "Swami Sharanam Ayyappa Bhakta Vrinda Charitable Trust" with religious and Charitable motives, along with the other Trustees and a wide support from the members of the Trust. || Swamiye Sharanam Ayyappa ||
