Choudhary Publication is a name of trust in law publishing world since 1972. Today it is being managed by family's second generation and a team of professionals. It has published different titles in past.
Prior to 1995 there were so many well known Law Reporters in India. All the reporters were publishing the affairs relating to common civil topics like CPC, transfer of property, land acquisition, rent, accidental claims, arbitration, income tax, sale tax, educational affairs as well as criminal affairs. Patrons have to purchase/subscribe those reporters with no reason and they have to pay a high cost worthless.
It was in the 1995 when the founder of Choudhary Publication, Late Shri Virendra Singh decided to publish a unique reporter contains only the selected affairs of civil laws like CPC, transfer of property, land acquisition, rent, accidental claims, arbitration, election affairs, matrimonial affairs etc. under one title and selected affairs of criminal laws under another title.
In 1996 he started a pioneer reporter which is known as "SUPREME APPEALS REPORTER'' with two separate titles i.e. SAR (Civil) and SAR (Criminal). In India SAR need no introduction. It is a name of trust in itself.
Now a days SAR become a mile stone in the field of law reporters. Patrons/Readers were/are happy to see that now they are getting only selected topics which were they actually needed and getting rid of undesirable affairs. More so they are saving a part of big amount which was being paid by them unnecessarily.
The "SUPREME APPEALS REPORTER" is a monthly reporter containing cases decided by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and now running into over 41 volumes, as a leading law reporter of India with a very wide circulation. It is citing at all the levels of Indian Judiciary System.
