Established in 1996, STHAPATYA Architects, has designed a large range of building types and sizes throughout Jaipur and outside Jaipur. It is a group of young professionals specializing in aspects and areas of design that aims to create a sensitive, responsive and aesthetically appealing built environment. The Principal Architects of the firm are from the first batch of Architecture Dept. of MNIT, Jaipur.

We choose to be a small- size firm, so that our principals can give our clients personal attention. Our design response is determined by our client’s objectives. Respecting goals, time frame and budget, we work on our client’s behalf to gain the best possible building, services and products from contractors, vendors and consultants. We also encourage and welcome active involvement in the design process.

The firm has considerable design experience in Day- care, office (General and Healthcare), Industrial, Automotive and residential facilities as well as multiple building site planning. Projects undertaken have been for both new facilities, as well as renovations of existing buildings. Our experience and involvement ranges from the early programming and site selection, through the design and construction phases of projects. Our regional experience with municipal agency approval processes has smoothed the path for many clients.

We are fully computerized, using the latest software for CADD, budgeting and cost estimating, specification preparation, code research, and 3-D modeling/rendering. Commitment to our clients is paramount. It is important for our entire firm to be there for them and to go the extra mile when needed. Thus, we study in depth about clients business needs, considering their requirements, tastes, preferences and budget.
