Sri Adikesava Perumal temple is a Hindu temple, located at Soundaryapuram, in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu, is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. Constructed in the Dravidian style of architecture, the temple is glorified in the Divya Prabandha. This Temple dedicated to Vishnu, who is worshipped as Sri Adikesava Perumal and his consort Lakshmi as Sri Ambujavalli Thayar.

The temple is believed to have been built 800 Years ago, it is small and well designed temple which is constructed within the bountries of Agamam. This Temple constructed by the 6th Ahobila Mutt Saint Sri Azhagiya Singar Swamigal

The temple is built during the , and is estimated to be 800 years old. The temple has a small gopuram at the entrance and two precincts. The Moolavar(presiding deity) of the temple is Adikesava. The Moolavar is at a standing position facing east. The height of the Moolavar is around 3ft (3.0 m).

The Utsavar(procession deity) is called Adikesava is made of panchaloka and is accompanied by two consorts as in most Vaishna temples. There is a separate shrine for Sri Ambujavalli also called Ambujavalli Thayar, the consort of Adikesava. The temple also has separate shrines for Andal,Sri Padma Chakram , the Alwars and Sri Ramanuja, Maha Desikan.
