Spaze Arrow 2.76

The project, Spaze Arrow is a joint venture between my firm REV- Re Capital Ventures and Spaze Developers. This is an 18 storey high 410,000 sf mixed use development with retail on the Ground and First floors, offices in Floors 2 to 10, a full service floor and 88 individual residences in the top four floors. The apartments range from 677 to 1210 sq ft.

What distinguishes this project form the host of residential development is our commitment to deliver a truly world class product where our on site property management and leasing office that will manage and lease your apartment in your absence.

We are retaining a number of apartment units. In the Mall, we will be operating the food court, beauty saloon, supermarket and pharmacy that will give residents an extra level on convenience. Other features include an on site gym, yoga studio and business center. In the mall, there is an additional 160,000 sf of area with bars, restaurants, recreation and shopping options.

The project is located in Sector 78 Gurgaon, just off Nh8 and 250 meters from a metro stop with direct airport and city center access. Sectors 77, 78, 79 and 80 is 2000 acres of residential development to the left of Nh8 as one travels from Delhi past old Gurgaon.

We have a master plan green area on one side and a resort with a water park on the other. In front is a 60 meter wide road and across that the Karma Lake lands Golf course. There are 2 other golf courses and three five star hotels within a 10 minute drive.
