Cold brewing coffee involves steeping our freshly roasted single origin beans in cold water for over 20 hours. Since we never expose it to heat the process brings out some of the brightest flavour notes in each batch.

Cold brewing ensures that the end result is a bold, smooth and refreshing drink unlike when coffee is brewed with hot water. Brewing it hot extracts oils and acids from the beans resulting in that bitter taste. Cold brew results in a simply smooth and delicious coffee experience preserving the richness of the antioxidants.
