SKDRDP has motivated small and marginal farmers to organized them in the informal sector to promote sustainable forming practices. In the process it has committed to economically empower the stake holders to become self-reliant.

In order to make the farmers sustainable and self-reliant it has motivated and educated by disseminating lab to land program, farmer field school , technical session and in traction, exposer visits, community based infrastructure development, Green energy program, Mechanization etc.. by encouraging them to make a scientific farm Plan.
