Sham Lall & Sons is now in it's Fourth generation. It all started back in 1880 in a little town called Shimla. Mr. Sham Lall Srivastava opened a store in the summer capital of the British Government which was ruling over India at the time. Soon his company "Sham Lall & Sons" was the supplier of tack to the British Army. This business was passed on to his son, H. K. Srivastava who opened a tack factory. After achieving great success in his life he passed the business among his seven sons. One of these sons, Late Balwant Rai Srivastava brought his family business to new heights. Since then Balwant Rai and his son, Late Rajesh Srivastava have had worked hard at becoming the World's leading supplier of Equestrian Products. Now his wife, Nita is efficiently looking after the family legacy. Our pride and family history goes into everything we make. This site contains the products that have had four generations of improvements and innovations manufactured into them. We look forward to serving your tack needs for many more generations to come.
