Shakti Yoga Peeth 2.62

The teaching programs are compact ones. Shakti Yoga Peeth believes in providing you with the best training possible and hence we keep our class strength short. No more than 15 students are admitted to our 200 hours teacher training programs which are structured based on the guidelines of the Yoga Alliance in the USA. The training sessions, which concentrate more on Pranayama, Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga are held in the main centre at Rishikesh, or in other centres in Kerala, Gokarna, and Nepal.
