Seagull Sound 3.22

Seagull Sound is the not-so-secret lair of Calcutta-based guitar player / composer / producer Varun Kishore. It is an acoustically treated single-room facility located at the Seagull Foundation for the Arts in Calcutta. It houses some tasty gear and a producer/engineer—and perhaps more importantly, musician—who knows it inside out. That's me. Since it is primarily my personal work environment, the gear is all mine and has been acquired (and used!) over a period of several years. My familiarity with the room and the equipment as well as my experience (both as a musician and from having recorded other musicians) means that getting great-sounding results is that much quicker.
