Seaforth Centre for Culture is dedicated to promotion of visual and performing arts, hosting artists and artisans, and documenting, archiving and exhibiting the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of India, specially of the Himalayan region; working towards conservation and dissemination of associated community knowledge systems for management of life, livelihood, environment, human and natural resource, and also promoting the imaginative expression of communities and their diverse culture.
