Developing sense of empowerment involves making some fundamental changes in life.Samathana aims at fostering the quality of life of deserving poor through individual and group empowerment. You are empowered when you are able to look at yourself and become more aware of yourself as a unique individual. Individual empowerment is all about developing the required confidence and strength to achieve realistic goals. Every individual has strengths and weaknesses in common. Many people tend to overweigh their weaknesses more than strengths and end up in underestimating themselves. They extend this even to their surroundings.
