Sakti is a town and a nagar palika in Janjgir-Champa district in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It was the seat of the princely Sakti State.GeographySakti is located at. Winters last from November to January and are mild, although lows can fall to 5 °C (41 °F). The entire area including Sakti is passing through severe shortage of drinking water. Ground water is hard and resources are limited.
