SAIGRAMAM spread over an extent of 25 acres of land located in a calm and serene atmosphere adjacent to the Mamom River at Thonnakkal near Attingal in Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala is the flagship project and main centre of activities of the Trust. This is at a distance of about 5kms from Chembakamangalam near Thonnakkal in NH – 47. The total investment for Saigramam comes to around Rs.60 crore. Saigramam has been started in the year 2006, guided by the Gandhian vision of GramaSwaraj – a self sufficient village. We have been able to achieve self sufficiency in different areas viz., Water- from the well and also by way of rain water harvesting, Fuel- Biogas plant, Electricity- Solar Energy plants, Milk- produced in the GOKULAM Diary farm, vegetables and fruits, soap, detergent agarbathy and flowers for temples etc.

Orphanages for children (SAI NIKETHAN), old age home for men (SAKETHAM), old age home for women (SAYOOJYAM), stay home for mentally challenged men (SANTHWANAM), free school for children in and around Saigramam (SATHYA SAI VIDHYAMANDIR), 24 hours free canteen (SAI NARAYANALAYAM,), villas and flat for permanent stay for retired hands etc are some of the important institutions functioning inside Saigramam campus.150 persons permanently stay in Sai Gramam, the Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Mandir has 232 students as day scholars and an average daily visitors comes to around 200.
