“Rural Urban Development Research and Action (RUDRA)” germinated from the dream of a cultural revolution where individuals and community live happily in harmony with the nature. This revolution shall pivot around enlightenment through free access to knowledge. RUDRA shall serve as an institutional platform for bringing together individuals to participate in the movement. Rudra has been registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

We at Rudra believe that development can not be achieved in bits and pieces. Holistic development with independence and dignity represents a whole, contented body and mind. We strive for such a developed community where each and every individual lives a content and happy life and have a beautiful co-existence with nature.
