Red Fork is a blackboard concept Bistro. It evolved from a tiny, four table eatery in Richmond Town, fifteen years ago, serving authentic Parsee Cuisine, under the name of Daddy's Deli. Today, the blackboards at Red Fork still sport the Parsee favourites; whilst retaining the original flavours of the cuisine, Chef Xerxes and his team have come up with innovative presentations of these dishes. Apart from the Parsee favourites, Red Fork's menu boasts a wide spectrum of delicacies beginning with breakfast and moving onto Burgers, Salads, Shared Plates, Hearty Eats & Sweet Treats. All your orders can be paired with wines from our carefully selected range of Whites, Reds and Roses.
At Red Fork the menus are carefully curated to capture seasonal produce, fresh ingredients from organic, zero pesticide farms and in-house breads, desserts, compotes, dips and ice-creams.
