Hair rebonding basically, is a process that involves chemicals.
The chemical bonds in your hair are " broken ", are rearranged & bonded back together, permanently, using very strong chemicals. This is known as a " perm" or " permanent " that curls the hair.
During rebonding, a soothing or perming lotion is added to soften the hair and causing the breaking down the bonds. After this, the hair is rinsed. Hair is placed between 2 metal plates of an electric ( provides heat) device. The heat is used to tug on or pull the hair rod straight. A " stabilizer or neutralizer " is then applied to reset the bonds.
I hope that this is helpful.
