The ultimate aim is to see a society based on legitimate rights, equity, justice, honesty, social sensitivity and a culture of service in which all are self-reliant. We believe this is only possible when everyone of us takes of the responsibility of being "socially able". The concept of "giving back" has to be nurtured into an individual at a very young age. That is exactly what Prayaash aims to do.

We are a very simple organisation giving young people an opportunity to accept and embrace our society as it is, because we think accepting the situation is as important as changing it.
Through our programs & activities we let our members go through an experience which will enable them to start or at least consider "giving back" early in their lives. We believe we put young people into social work.

Now present in 3 districts of Odisha - Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Balangir, we have no plans of stopping.
