Planys Technologies, registered in June 2015, is an IIT-Madras incubated company that provides immersed structure inspection services using indigenously manufactured underwater robots, also called remotely operated vehicles (ROVs). Planys's technology spans the domains of marine robotics, advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and post-inspection analysis tools. Planys is the first and currently the only OEM of ROVs in the Indian subcontinent.
