We at, ParyaasKala Manch feel immense pleasure to introduce ourselves. Since its inception in the year 2015 in Delhi, had majorly worked for the betterment of the society and tried to educate people through the powerful medium of drama. On April 2nd, 2015, ParyaasKala Team had opened their rehearsal floor at Central part of Delhi (Connaught Place) with the vision to educate people regarding the importance and the value of girl child in the society. The aim was to aware the people of India about their social responsibilities and the duties towards the society and the nation as a responsible citizen of India.

The Founder members is into the field for the past 5 years and had performed & directed many theatre plays, street plays, television serials, movies & documentaries and also received the best Play award from Bharatiya Janta Party which is based on Female Foeticide. India has the maximum number of youth percentage in the world and youth is the pillar of any Nation and its the youth who can bring the change. According to the current survey there are only 918 girls over 1000 boys and its a matter of worry.

On 18th April, 2015, Paryaas team decided to start an awareness movement "STOP FEMALE FOETICIDE & BETI BACHAO - BETI PADAO" and started the same on 9th May, 2015 (Saturday). Initially, ParyaasKala team performed 4 shows on every weekend at different locations in Delhi & NCR. We had already performed more then 67 shows since 9th May, 2015. Reason for starting the campaign from Delhi is that, because the educated bracket is more into this illegal practice. Our aim is to save the girl child and educate her. Girls are not burden, they are the strength of the family.
ParyaasKala Manch had worked on various issues including importance of sodium, HIV(+), Black Magic, child labour, environment etc.

We are a group of 3 people who contribute and run this campaign on their own. We don't have any government support or any other support from anyone.
