In the year April 1978, a company named “PARAMOUNT APPARELS” was founded by a passionate man who has seen it all in the clothing industry “MOHAMMED IQBAL (Managing Director), Started with a small unit of six machines manufacturing children’s garments and supplying to whole Tamil Nadu and Kerala. In the year 1982, he started trading also, And In 1987, Due to labour problems in manufacturing he was forced to leave all the 18 machines closing the manufacturing unit and totally concentrating on Trading in all kinds of garments, and In 1992, he also started Exports of fabrics, Bed sheets, Lungies, Grey fabrics and Garments to Sri-lanka, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. And In 1994, his son “AHMED RAZA” (Managing Director of exports) accompanied him in business and thereby his last son “GULAM MOHAMMED” (Managing Director of Retailing) accompanied him and dividing all the work among themselves and keeping “sincerity and hard work” as their motto, we are still doing Exports and Trading garments from all India.
