Noida Startup Yojna 2.91

Property Guru launched a 'Noida startup Yojna' at Greater Noida. It is an initiative to support government’s plans of Make In India, Digital India and Start Up India.

It will be made available at a cost of mere Rs. 12 lakhs to meet and fulfill the dreams of lakhs of aspirants who prefer real estate as a profession and career.

This scheme is being made exclusive for the project Auriel Towne.

It is all set to be developed as a mixed-land use project. It is a approx 10 acres/40,500 sq. mt project. Residential part will be 3.25 lakh sq. ft. and 12 lakh sq. ft. is for commercial development.

The company plans to deliver the project by December, 2020.

All the documents relating to land ownership and commencement of construction are duly met. The land is itself approved by GNIDA.

There is a special scheme for CA’s, Doctors, IT Professionals, Lawyers and Industry consultants. T

he registration amount for the property will be Rs. 5,100 with availability of property purchase without any bank loan.
