Nizamabad is a town and a municipal corporation in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is the headquarters of the district. It has a population of 366,956 agglomeration (6 to 8 lakhs). Nizamabad is the 10th largest city, in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Nizamabad Town is one of 36 mandals in the Nizamabad district.
