Nest well construction Pvt. Ltd. is a sister concern of Nityanand Associates.

Nityanand Associates were established in the year 1984. It was established two generations ago and has been operating for the past three decades as a registered firm. Mr. P Nityanand is the Managing Partner of the firm that is comprised of three partners.

Nityanand Associates have built their reputation in the construction industry on their quality and uniqueness. The firm’s strength lies in their in-house ability and the ability of all departments that are interconnected to the Building industry.

About Starling Nest:

1) Consists of 40 identical nests that are all designed as per Vaastu and include 3 Bedrooms, Living Room, Dining area, Kitchen, Pooja Room & Utility Area to suit your needs with plenty of light and ventilation.

2) Each nest covers an area of 2,446 Sqft (Super built-up area) with Retro fitments.

3) Laundromat is a common facility for all; washing space is also provided in each nest.

4) All concepts adopted are Eco friendly
(Hybrid power generation using Solar & Wind energy, Rain water harvesting, Energy efficient flooring with a central atrium to bring in natural air and light).
