Nandalike is a village in Karkala taluk in the Udupi District in Karnataka, India. It is approximately 16 km east of Padubidri and about 15 km from Karkala town.Nandalike is the birthplace of the poet Muddana (Nandalike Lakshmi Narayanappa).The Mahalingeshwara (Lord Shiva) worshipped here along with Sathya Devatha (Goddess of Truth) called Siri, Abbaga Daraga, Kumara Swamy, Naga, and Brahma. Nandalike is also called Alade and Moolastana to lakhs of devotees. The temple has a history of over 1000 years.
