My Amma's was started with an aim to preserve the Authentic recipes of my Mother in Law. She at 76 prepares masala powders for all homemade food lovers.
We at Amma's get stock from Gangavathi, which is handpicked by one Sr. cititzen out there ( who is the mother of a special friend of ours)
once the stock comes in, my mom in law does the cleaning of stalks as for chillies and the rest of the ingredients are clean't to ensure they are perfect for the roasting.
Then all ingredients are roasted on a low gas flame and powdered as and when the products are ordered.
We pack in a ziplock pouch which is again sealed to retain maximum freshness.
My mother in law's intention was to make people consume food that was totally free from preservatives and fillers.
